On july 1, 2009, crime victim received 23 emails from the Ghana Police Inspector General Paul Tawiah Quaye. All of these emails approlized to her of the Ghana journal officer provided her incorrect information. These 23 emails were correction of the previous information as following: Kuffour Addo is Ghana Police senior staff.
